Padel Society opens in Southeast Austin in late September 2026: 6 indoor courts, a full bar, a pro shop, and a sauna. We are hiring the opening team now. First shifts start a few weeks before the doors do. Every role comes with court time, so you can actually play where you work.
Court Operations & Facility Support
General Staff
Keep the courts turning over and the club looking sharp. Active, hands-on work with no certification needed.
$15.00/hour
Up to 40 hrs/week, 4 to 8 hour shifts

Front Desk Ambassador
The first face members see. Check-ins, bookings, memberships, and a path onto bar shifts if you want it.
