Membership terms

Padel Club Holdings Inc., trading as Padel Society · Last updated 29 July 2026

These terms cover a founding membership bought before the club opens. They are written to be read, not to be survived, so if anything here is unclear please email us and we will fix the wording.

The short version. You pay $149 once today for your founding kit. That is the only charge now. Your monthly membership starts when we open to the public, which we expect in late September 2026. If we open later, your billing starts later. You can cancel with 30 days' notice once billing begins. Black is the one exception, with a 4-month minimum.

1. Who you are contracting with

Padel Club Holdings Inc., trading as Padel Society, at 6320 East Stassney Lane, Suite 240, Austin TX 78744. In these terms “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means the person named on the membership.

2. The founding kit, and what you pay today

A founding membership starts with a one-time founding kit of $149, or $298 for a couple, which is 2 kits, 1 for each of you. Texas sales tax is added at checkout and is not included in those figures.

The kit covers your Adidas welcome gear, your membership card, and your name on the founders wall. It is not a deposit and it is not credited against your monthly membership. It is the only amount you are charged before the club opens.

3. When monthly billing starts

Your monthly membership rate begins in the month we open to the public. We expect that to be late September 2026. Billing is tied to the club actually opening, not to a calendar date, so if the opening moves, your first monthly charge moves with it. You are never charged a monthly fee for a month in which the club was not open.

Monthly membership is billed through Playtomic, the booking platform we use for courts and memberships. We will set your account up with you before we open and send you the login. Your founding kit is charged by us through Stripe, and no recurring charge is stored against that payment.

4. If we open late

You pay nothing monthly until the doors are open, however long that takes, so a delay costs you nothing in membership fees. In addition, if we have not opened by 31 January 2027, email us and we will refund your founding kit in full on request, even though the 7-day refund window will have passed. Your founding rate stays reserved either way.

5. Your founding rate

The founding rate for your tier is held for as long as your membership stays active without a break. It does not rise with general price increases. If you cancel and rejoin later, you pay whatever the rate is at that time.

Once the 100 founding memberships are taken, membership prices rise by about 20% for everyone who joins after that point. That increase does not apply to you.

6. Changing tier

You can change tier at any time before monthly billing begins, and we will move you to the founding rate for the new tier. Tiers with their own cap, such as Gold and Black, can fill up, so a change is subject to a place being free in the tier you want.

7. Cancelling

Once monthly billing has started, membership runs month to month. You can cancel at any time by giving us 30 days' notice by email. There is no exit fee and no minimum term.

Black is the exception. Black runs for a minimum of 4 months from the month billing starts, which is $3,196 in total, and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice after that.

Before the club opens you can also cancel by asking for a refund of the founding kit. See the refund policy.

8. Club credit

Each membership tier includes an amount of club credit each month, worth more than the monthly fee. You can spend it on court time, clinics, gear, events, guests, or the bar.

Credit is issued monthly and does not roll over into the following month. It has no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred. Once your credit is used, you can add more play at 20% off the standard rate.

9. What we owe you

The club is under construction. Descriptions of the building, courts, equipment and programming on this site describe what we are building and intend to operate, and details can change as the build finishes. Where something we described materially fails to appear, tell us and we will make it right, including a refund of your founding kit if you no longer want the membership.

10. Conduct and access

Membership is personal to you. Guest passes let you bring guests on the terms of your tier. We can suspend or end a membership for conduct that puts other members or staff at risk, and we will refund any unused paid period if we do.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will email every member at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If a change materially reduces what you get, you can cancel without notice and we will refund any unused paid period.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
