Privacy policy

Padel Club Holdings Inc., trading as Padel Society, at 6320 East Stassney Lane, Suite 240, Austin TX 78744. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

If you join the waitlist: your name, email address and phone number, and anything else you type into the form.

If you buy a founding membership: your email address, phone number, billing address, and the tier you chose. If you join as a couple we also collect your partner's name, email and, if you give it, their mobile number.

Card details: we never see or store them. They go straight to Stripe. We receive only the last 4 digits, the card brand, and whether the payment worked.

When you visit the site: standard server logs and basic, aggregated visit statistics. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not build a profile of you across other websites.

To hold your place and your founding rate, to take payment for the founding kit, to set up your membership when the club opens, to answer you when you contact us, and to email you about the opening and about your membership. We rely on performing our contract with you, and on your consent for marketing email.

We use these companies to run the club. Each gets only what it needs.

• Playtomic runs monthly membership billing and court booking once we open.
• Vercel hosts this website.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anybody for their own marketing. We will disclose data if the law requires it.

Waitlist entries: until you ask us to remove them, or 24 months after the last time you engaged with us. Membership and payment records: for as long as you are a member, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any email, or by replying and saying so. Texas residents can also ask us not to sell or share personal data, which we already do not do.

This site is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. A parent or guardian holds any membership for a minor.

If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page, and we email members if the change is significant.
